Golden, crisp, and steeped in tradition — Thekua is more than a sweet; it’s a bite of Bihar’s soul. Hand‑crafted in small batches, our Thekua is made from stone‑milled whole wheat flour, pure desi ghee, and rich jaggery, delicately infused with fennel and cardamom. Each piece is shaped with artisanal moulds inspired by festive motifs, then slow‑fried to perfection for a crisp exterior and a tender, chewy heart.
